The Haus am Dom Frankfurt approached the phenomenon “Night” with an extensive programm of lectures, scenic readings, performances, exhibitions, discussion rounds, music, film, video- and sound installations. The event was consequently called “Die lange Nacht der Nacht”.
Choreographer and ‘radical epistemologist’ Steve Valk out of R.I.C.E. invited us to help them out with a little multi-wall slide show.
The Lazarus Wohnsitzlosenhilfe e.V. participated with the project “Die Nacht der Anderen” at this event and our projections showed nocturnal impressions shot during the rides with the so-called “Kältebus”, an initiative looking after Frankfurts homeless persons during the winter, caring for their existential needs.
These photos were composed in individually designed slide shows and projected into the remarkable architecture of the Haus am Dom (Architects: Schneider+Schumacher) during this long night.
